Who we are

See Before You Buy (SBYB) is an independent visual pre-purchase property inspection service. Contact: sbyb.phuket@gmail.com.

What we collect

Facebook or Instagram request form: your name, phone, e-mail, preferred contact method, property type and location, planned deal timing and where you are now.
Telegram bot: your Telegram name and username, your messages to the bot, your answers to the booking questions and your phone number if you share it.
Website: we use no cookies or analytics; the Google Firebase hosting keeps technical request logs (IP address, time).

Why

Only to answer your questions, contact you about your request, clarify the property and price, and carry out the inspection if you order it. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their advertising.

Who else processes the data

Meta Platforms — request forms; Telegram — chats with the bot; Google — storage of bot requests (Google Cloud), the bot's AI assistant (Gemini) and website hosting; SBYB staff handling your request. WhatsApp and Telegram process conversations under their own terms.

How long we keep it

Requests that did not lead to an order — up to 12 months. Client data — as long as needed to perform the contract and meet legal requirements.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or stop messages — write to sbyb.phuket@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.
